Some people did yoga, and others sat over a chai tea latte in their local artisan cafe to watch the world go by, but Sally's #selfcare involved a bottle of Rosé, an entire box of Thorntons and a packet of cheese & onion crisps (luckily she’d stocked up on Walkers before the crisp drought). If it made you feel good, that was the important thing, right? She'd certainly eaten enough of her avocado face mask when she'd whipped it up for it to count as one of her five-a-day. Sally LOVED self care!
