It was the start of a brand new year and after a Christmas spent inhaling Chocolate Oranges and Christmas pudding, Coleen was determined to overhaul her diet. She was going to begin with ‘eating clean’, (we won’t tell her that hasn’t been a ‘thing’ since about 2013) and so far she’d learned that you could make spaghetti out of courgette, pizza out of cauliflower and donuts from quinoa and beetroot. The only trouble was, the more Coleen read, the more she craved a massive (non cauliflower) pizza washed down with a bottle of Yellow Tail. Oh well! Clean eating could wait another day.
