On the morning the Oasis tickets had been released, Lord Bottomley-Pratt had ordered every member of his staff (all 25 of them) to stand down from their duties and to get on their laptops to buy tickets. Unfortunately for him, he still not only missed out on tickets, he also missed out on having his bath warmed, his dinner cooked and his breeches mangled due to having all his servants otherwise occupied. Life just wasn't fair! Luckily though, inspired by Oasis reforming, iconic tribute band 'No Way Sis' had also got back together and were playing a gig tonight down the Dog and Duck, so Lord B will still be able to get his fill of the songs he loves, all while the servants all work overtime to catch up with their duties. Slackers!
